Acceptable Use Policy

Fenris is for making marketing and business content. This policy applies to everything you upload, generate, download or publish with Fenris, whichever AI engine produced it. Breaking it can lead to removal of content, suspension or closure of your account without refund of credits used for violating content, and reports to the authorities where the law requires.

SECTION 01You may not use Fenris to create, publish or help others to:

1. Use a real person's likeness or voice without permission. This covers faces, bodies, voices and names of real people, including celebrities, public figures, employees, customers and family members, unless you have their consent or a clear legal right.
2. Harm, exploit or sexualize minors in any way, or create sexual or suggestive content of anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18.
3. Create sexually explicit content, or intimate imagery of any real person.
4. Deceive or mislead:

• fake reviews, fake testimonials or false endorsements
• fake online engagement
• fabricated news or events presented as real
• content designed to influence elections
• scams or impersonation of businesses or people

1. Hide that content is AI-generated where the law, the platform or the context requires disclosure. When you publish AI-generated video, images or audio publicly, label them as AI-generated where required, and never present them as real footage of real events.
2. Infringe intellectual property or other rights: copyrighted characters, trademarks, logos, music or other protected material you don't have the right to use.
3. Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against people or groups, including on the basis of protected characteristics, or promote violence, extremism or terrorism.
4. Provide unlicensed professional services or dangerous advice (for example medical, legal or financial) presented as coming from a qualified professional. Use Fenris to make content, not to replace professional judgement.
5. Make automated decisions about people's lives in high-risk areas (employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, law enforcement, immigration).
6. Break the law or anyone's privacy: collecting or exposing personal information to harm others, stalking, or unlawful surveillance.
7. Attack or abuse the Service:

• malware
• trying to get around our safety filters, rate limits or payment system
• reselling access without our written permission
• scraping, or automated use outside our published features

1. Train or improve other AI models using Fenris outputs, where the underlying model's license forbids it (see below).
2. Military use, weapons development, or anything intended to cause physical harm.

SECTION 02Engine-specific terms

Some engines come with conditions from their makers. We pass these on to you, and they're part of this policy:

• MiniMax H3 (Choice C, when available):
• Outputs may be used only where MiniMax's license allows.
• You may not use H3 outputs to improve any other AI model.
• Publicly shared H3 content must be clearly disclosed as machine-generated.
• The prohibitions above apply in full. They incorporate MiniMax's Acceptable Use Policy (MiniMax H3 Community License, Exhibit A).
• Other engines (Google, ByteDance, OpenAI, Stability AI) have their own usage policies, which also apply to content made with them.

SECTION 03Safeguards and reporting

We use automated and human checks to prevent misuse, and we may block prompts or outputs that appear to break this policy. Report suspected violations with the Report link in the app or by email to [email protected]. We investigate reports promptly, remove violating content, and suspend or close accounts of repeat or serious violators.
