These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Wolf Pak Strategies LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the Fenris website and services at getfenris.com. By accessing or using the services you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the services.
Fenris provides AI-assisted marketing content production: strategy briefs, storyboards, image and video generation, editing, voice and music, and delivery of finished content. Client engagements are governed by their individual service agreements, which control where they differ from these Terms.
Signing in uses your Wolf Pak ID. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the services.
Client materials remain the client's. Deliverables are released to the client on approval, and every deliverable requires the client's explicit approval before publication. Digital likenesses (avatars) are created and used only under a signed release, which is the sole authority on where a likeness may appear.
The Fenris software, brand, and site content are the property of Wolf Pak Strategies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license to them is granted by use of this site.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Pak Strategies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
