Credits & Refund Policy

SECTION 01How credits work

• Fenris is prepaid. You buy credit packs through Stripe. 100 credits = $1.00, and larger packs include bonus credits.
• Each image, video or music job shows its price in credits before you confirm it.
• When you start a job, we hold the credits needed. You're charged only when the job finishes. If it fails or you cancel it before it starts, the hold is released in full.
• Credits don't expire while your account is open.
• Credits have no cash value outside Fenris, can't be transferred between accounts, and aren't a bank balance or stored-value card.

SECTION 02Refunds

• Failed jobs: refunded automatically (the hold is released). No action is needed.
• Unused credits: you can request a refund of a credit pack you bought within the last 14 days if you haven't used any credits from it. Email [email protected] from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
• Used credits: credits spent on jobs that completed aren't refundable, because the AI providers charge us for every generation, even when the result isn't what you hoped for. If a result is clearly broken (for example a blank video or corrupted file), tell us within 7 days and we'll re-credit it.
• Subscriptions (such as Publish Pro): cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't give partial refunds for the remainder of a period, except where the law requires.
• Closing your account: we refund unused credits from packs bought in the last 14 days (as above). Other remaining credits are forfeited when you close your account, so use them first.
• Accounts closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy aren't entitled to refunds of credits used on violating content.

SECTION 03Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]; we usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. If a chargeback is filed, we may pause the account while it's reviewed.

SECTION 04Changes

We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you've already bought keep their value.
