Wolf Pak Strategies LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on getfenris.com and in the Fenris services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

SECTION 02What we collect

• Account data — when you sign in with your Wolf Pak ID: email address and role, used to operate your session.
• Client project materials — content clients provide for their engagements (photos, video, brand assets), used only for that client's work.
• Basic technical logs — standard server logs (IP, request, time) for security and reliability.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal information.

SECTION 03Likeness data

Where a person participates in the Avatar Program, their capture materials and the private model derived from them are used only as authorized by their signed Likeness & Voice Release — never sold and never used for another business's content — and are deleted on program exit.

SECTION 04Retention and security

We retain data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Access to client materials is restricted, and services run on infrastructure we control.
