Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Wolf Pak Strategies LLC ("we") collects through Fenris, why, and your choices. Questions: [email protected].

SECTION 01What we collect

• Account details: your name, business name, business type, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive a record of your purchases.
• Your content: prompts, uploaded images, audio, logos and brand details, and the images, videos and music Fenris generates for you.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram or another platform, we store the access tokens needed to post for you, and the posts you schedule.
• Usage and technical data: jobs you run, credits used, device and browser type, IP address, and logs used for security and troubleshooting.

SECTION 02How we use it

• To run Fenris: generate content, store your library, publish posts you approve, and manage your credits.
• To keep the Service secure: prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
• To support you and send service messages (receipts, job updates, security notices). We'll only send marketing email if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve Fenris using aggregate, de-identified usage statistics.
• We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your prompts, uploads or outputs to train AI models.

SECTION 03Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make Fenris work, and only what each one needs:

• AI generation providers: your prompt and any reference media go to the engine you choose (for example through OpenRouter to Google or ByteDance, to OpenAI, to Amazon Web Services Bedrock, or to our own GPU servers) to produce your content.
• Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage, social platforms you connect for publishing, and our email provider for service messages.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect people from harm.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms and security commitments.

SECTION 04How long we keep it

• Account details: while your account is open.
• Generated content and uploads: while your account is open, unless you delete them sooner. We may delete content not accessed for 90 days after telling you in advance.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically 7 years.
• Security logs: up to 12 months.

When you close your account we delete your content and personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

SECTION 05Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account details in the app, download and delete your content, disconnect social accounts, and close your account. You can also email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, and we'll honour them. We won't treat you differently for using them.

SECTION 06Security

Data is encrypted in transit, secrets and keys are kept in a managed vault, and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

SECTION 07Children

Fenris is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

SECTION 08Changes

We'll post updates here and notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
